The delivery of the Products purchased on the online store is made to the shipping address indicated by the user in the order form. The delivery can not be made at PO boxes or stationary post. The goods ordered can be processed in normal times of management that can be prolonged in acceptable times if the product will be temporarily unavailable, and in any case no more than 30 (thirty) days from the day following that on which the purchaser sent the order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
The Company will not be liable for damages and will not be able to undertake replacement or repair if not reported at the time of acceptance of the shipment, by placing the complaint on the courier (the one that will remain in the possession of the messenger) the words "damaged goods", "I accept subject to control", "undamaged package I accept with reservation" or similar that highlight damage or alleged damage. The dispute must be immediately detected to the courier and communicated to our e-mail address email@example.com and the head office of the courier. This is without prejudice to the application of the rules on the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of compliance.
Shipping costs, where they exist, and any other additional costs are borne by the user, unless otherwise indicated on the Product Page or elsewhere on the online store. The amount of these expenses is expressly and separately indicated (in Euro and inclusive of VAT), during the purchase process, in the order summary and, in any case, before the user proceeds to the transmission of the same, as well as in the order confirmation e-mail.
